摘要
Survey on continuing education of small and micro business workers is of great importance for setting up an effective long-term system as well as the sustainable development of rural economy. For the sake of getting a comprehensive understanding of continuing education condition of small and micro business workers, we investigated the situation and found that it is highly correlated with the governmental funding, advocacy and guidance, training contents, as well as the enterprises' recognition. Therefore, the government should increase the investment and advocacy, strengthen the supervision of the enterprises, perfect the training contents and forms, reinforcement of teacher cultivation, and pay more attention the female workers' continuing education development.
