System of hydrodynamic calculation and analysis of a state of water resources as an element of a common system of geoecological monitoring

摘要
In the report the problems of development of the automized computer system, providing preparation, tutoring and operation with the "emergence control plan" document are considered, which one forms for conditions of underground large mines, The system is the part of the common automized system of a geomechanical monitoring, It is founded on G1S "Mine maps". The main purpose and assignment of the system is to do a modeling and simulation of the emergency conditions occurs in a mine, the measures of people evacuation and the complex of special measures for life-saving and prevent of incidents.
