摘要
This work is to reflect on the effects caused by the rearrangement of work and the emergence of a new type of labor relations as direct consequences of the neoliberal economic model, that give form the Precariat in Chile. Along with this, we will reflect on the strategies and practices of Human Resource Management (MRH) that show the potential to generate favorable working conditions to improve the situation of discomfort and insecurity that affects workers immersed in this social phenomenon, using for this goal the results of an inductive academic research that accounts for the real impact of the MHR in a medium-sized company belonging to the logistics industry of our country. Finally, we seek to open the debate on the importance of Human Resources Management, not only focused on the organizational and institutional spaces to which its practice is usually confined, but on a spectrum of greater impact for the society as a whole. Aware that this topic requires a greater degree of research and development of lines of work that complement and / or advance the approach proposed in the present paper.
