摘要：
Life management is now a complex activity for both nuclear plant operators and regulators in the light of ageing plant Efficient and effective life management requires an increasing contribution from consultants who provide a range of products and services. Their role covers both specialist and independent advice, and the provision of appropriately packaged new technology. Examples are given which illustrate their contribution at various organizational levels relating to policy, assessment and plant engineering issues.
