摘要
Business Process Management (BPM) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) approaches receive considerable attention from scholars and industrial practitioners. Thanks to the three streams of the EMT model (Economy, Methodology, Technology) this paper shows that BPM and SOA approaches are two sides of the same coin, which are different but complementary. This combination enables organisations to improve their agility in the face of uncertainty, complexity and change.
