摘要：

To meet the requirement of knowledge integration and sharing for networked environment, methodology of knowledge representation based on semantic web is put forward. Development course and current study situation of knowledge representation are also analyzed. What's more, classification and feature of OWL for semantic web language are discussed. Lastly, By taking manufacturing resource knowledge representation for instance, manufacturing resource classification model and description framework directed graph are introduced, and semantic web representation is realized by Protege tool. The paper presents an effective methodology for supporting manufacturing resource knowledge representation, and realizes semantic encapsulation and modeling of manufacturing resource.
