Determination of furazolidone residue in eggs by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要
The determination method of furazolidone residue in eggs by high performance liquid chromatography has been developed using matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) and solid-phase extraction (SPE) technologies for sample pretreatment. The retention behaviors of furazolidone on C-18 column and silica gel SPE cartridge were investigated. The analytes were quantified using external standard calibration curves. There is a good linear correlation between the peak areas and concentrations of furazolidone. The calibration coefficient exceeds 0.9999 and the dynamic linear range is 5 mug/L similar to 2.5 mg/L. The average recoveries of furazolidone in eggs ranged from 80.2% to 91.1% with the relative standard deviations between 2.0% and 9.5%, and the limit of detection is below 10 mug/kg. The relative standard deviations of intra-assay and inter-assay are both below 10%.
