摘要：
Micro-optical elements turn out to be a very convenient way to-realize fluorescence detection systems for mu TAS applications. The size and the fabrication method of such optical elements enable the realization of stacked systems composed of a high throughput chemical chip and optical functions for illumination, collection and signal filtering.
