The Research on Development of Transnational Management Talent in Promoting Zhejiang Private Entrepreneurs Overseas Investment

The absence of internationalized talents is an important obstacle during the out foreign direct investment (OFDI) of Chinese private entrepreneurs. Taking private entrepreneurs of Zhejiang province for an example, firstly this paper analyzes necessity of international talent development, points out the problems in development of transnational management talent through analyzing its status quo, and then put forward to some suggestions to develop internationalized talents from the government and enterprises' perspective. Private entrepreneurs should change the mode of the talent management and establish international human resource management system in line with international standards by drawing the experience of Samsung and Chunlan, while the relevant government departments should strengthen the public information service, establish and improve the platform of international talent exchange, broaden channels for overseas talent to join private enterprises.
