摘要：
C-D production function has extensive applicability to analyze the composition of contributive factor in some industry. Based on C-D production function, it's regarded as a single input besides the capital and labor force for the salary welfare, medical insurance, education and training for the staffs in the real estates. Thus C-D production function is changed to Y = AF (K, H, L). In addition we compared the contribution of various factor input to the real estate through regression analysis, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.
