摘要
With the frequent occurrence of natural disasters and caused huge losses, the last mile problem has become the key to emergency rescue. On the basis of analyzing the domestic and foreign research on the emergency command platform, this paper expounds the meaning of the terminal relief supplies and compares it with the rear emergency supplies. For the emergency last mile problem, put forward the establishment of the terminal relief supplies emergency command platform. And elaborate the platform from three functions: the monitoring and analysis, command and dispatching, and relief supplies public storage. Make full use of terminal resources to achieve rapid rescue and solve the emergency last mile problem under the circumstances without relying on the rear of the emergency supplies.
