摘要
This paper focuses on the Human Factors insight contained in accident databases in the domain of aviation. In particular, the new classification system and database called ADREP-2000, and its associated taxonomy, is analysed with respect to its ability to account for Human Factors according to modern theories of human machine interaction. Two sample cases are presented, and, the feedback that the information contained in this type of databases may have in Human Factors safety assessment is discussed.
