摘要：

In recent years, the private equity investment in china is developing very quickly. If this investment takes the IPO as the exit channel, the risk management in the process of IPO is extremely important. This paper takes the private equity project of Shanghai Laiyifen Co., Ltd as an example, with the hope to propose some suitable policy proposals for the development of PE by discussing the main risk problems on the operation of exit channels.
