FACEBOOK IN THE CONTEXT OF MARKETING COMMUNICATION TOOL OF HOSPITALITY ESTABLISHMENTS

摘要
The paper introduce "social networks" as the major form of marketing communication of hospitality establishments. Facebook as the phenomenon of our times brings big opportunities for entrepreneurs how to communicate with their customers. But this is not the only advantage. The main positive feature is to reach out and gain new potential customers. The aim of this paper is to show the benefits of using Facebook by hospitality establishments and their use on the sample of restaurants in Nitra region. To express the positivity of marketing communication the research on TOP six restaurants in Nitra region was realised. This research compares the use of six important marketing functions available on Facebook. The purpose of the paper is to identify the importance of Facebook as a factor of marketing communication and examines Orgon's 6 steps of Facebook efficiency. Subsequently mutual comparison of the selected restaurants in terms of Facebook applications tools was realized.
