摘要
Collaboration trust in supply chain Is one of the necessary factors to improve the whole efficiency of supply chain. This paper presents a comprehensive model for collaboration trust maintenance in supply chain, integrated adaptive N-stage Markov chain. The lifecycle of collaboration trust is divided into six stages including expedition, conformation, growing, stabilization, degeneration, and dying from a dynamic viewpoint. The transferring process of collaboration trust is interpreted with Markov Chain. This paper improves the efficiency of collaboration trust maintenance by numerical example using an adaptive n-stage Markov Chain. The result shows that the model combined with n-stage Markov Chain for collaboration trust Is superior at high effect level.
