摘要
MR imaging of the postoperative patient with recurrent or persistent athletic pubalgia can be daunting for the imager but can also be valuable to the clinical management team in the setting of unexpected pain or delay in recovery. Imagers should make every effort to study the clinical and interventional history, and comparison with preop-erative imaging is essential. MR imaging findings concerning for infection, new injury, contralateral injury without overcalling repair failure, and concomitant sources of symptoms (including hip pathology) should be reported when present.
