摘要：
The present article proposes a conception of the formation of teachers in the normal school, which considers the particularities that shape the professional profile of the teacher, and identifies the necessary characteristics for their professional performance and the current problems and limitations of the profession, which allows determine the demands to the process of teacher training in the normal school.
