A setup for resonance scattering reactions with thick target

摘要：
A setup aiming to measure the resonance scattering reactions with radioactive ion beams in inverse kinematics is installed on the secondary beam line at HI-13 TANDEM laboratory. The setup consists of a beam-monitoring time of flight system, and a Delta E-E telescope based on large-area Double-Sided Silicon Strip Detector (DSSSD). The thick-target method for excitation function of proton resonance scattering is checked with a 57.0MeV F-17 secondary beam on a 7.66mg/cm(2) thick (CH2)(n) target.
