摘要
Minimum requirements standardised on activities, responsibilities, interfaces, input and output documents for the execution and quality assurance of improvements performed, are defined by continuous improvement process. Present paper aims to describe the efficient methods of continuous improvement process applied to all organizational units of industrial companies, focusing on improvement management of production systems. Improvements released in process are planned on a long time basis and change requests process are assigned to release process. Review, piloting and release process documents are managed by the continuous improvement process. Each engineering process group may derive a necessary local continuous improvement process. The continuous improvement process structure has to be retained unchanged and the contents of each activity are allowed to be tailored. The main intention of the continuous improvement process is to control change management of all processes artefacts. Therefore, it is mandatory to measure improvement cycle time and number of improvements.
