摘要
Mathematical model and methods of calculation of dynamics of a multi-supporting rotor are considered in the paper. Journal center motion trajectories were obtained by simultaneous numerical integration of non-symmetrical rigid rotor dynamic equations and hydrodynamic equations. Hydromechanic forces in fluid-film bearings and contactless seals were obtained by integration of pressure field that is determined in a certain time point by the combined solution of Reynolds equation, generalized for the case of two-dimensional turbulent flow of viscous compressible two-phase medium, energy and consumption equations. Additional relations are dependences of viscosity, enthalpy and heat capacity as functions of temperature and pressure, equation of state and also relations for calculation of turbulence coefficients. Some results of theoretical research of dynamics of a system "rotor - fluid-film bearings contactless seals" are given.
