摘要
This work analyzes the variable viscosity and variable thermal conductivity effects on heat and mass transfer enhancement in the vicinity of a wedge surface embedded in a Brinkman-Darcy flow of gold (Au)-water and silver (Ag)-water nanofluids. The surface of the wedge is maintained with variable wall temperature and concentration. The continuum equations governing the physics are cast into dimensionless forms using similarity transformations. This leads to a system of ordinary differential equations which are solved numerically by using the Matlab bvp4c function using spectral quasi linearization method (SQLM). The heat and mass transfer rates depreciate for the increasing values of volume fraction rate as well as for the increasing values of Darcy's parameter, whereas the heat and mass transfer rates are enhanced as the wedge angle parameter increases.
