摘要：
This paper shows examples and results of cooperation ITAS has had with institutions in Central and Eastern Europe concerning sustainable development as well as information society knowledge transfer. Presented are necessities, possibilities and experiences regarding mutual knowledge transfer. The starting points in this matter are the integrative concept of sustainability as well as the concept of knowledge resp. information society, both developed by ITAS. Primarily, in this context the particular cultural dimension is clarified.
