A Study of the European Sovereign debt crisis

Based on CCA method, this paper mainly studies how European sovereign debt crisis affects china's economy. By analyzing the formation, evolution and causes of the European sovereign debt, the results indicate that the crisis do have an impact on china's economy.ln response to the crisis, the Chinese Government should take an active part in the European debt crisis, but China's ability is limited. European governments need to improve the country's solvency.
