摘要
Performance of employees in an organization determines the level of its success. Due to this reason efficient utilization of the employees in the operations matters a lot. The aim of this study is to develop a mechanism for the manufacturers of garment to utilize its workforce at an optimal level. The manufacture of garment is mainly based on the production line concept. The model developed in this study reduces significantly the time taken to produce a unit of product, which leads to a considerable increase in profits.
