Copyright analog, copyright digital: A speed bump on the information highway

This paper examines the concept of copyright as it has been applied prior to the onset of computer based information networks. The suggested ammendments to the current copyright law proposed by the Working Group on Intellectual Property's White Paper and their implications for information transfer are reviewed. A return to the more traditional American approach to copyright is suggested.
