摘要：
The aim of the article is to analyse in detail the zonal tariff programmes' operation in Poland. The analysis of customers' participation in demand side response programmes in the tariff groups A, B, C and G respectively is presented. The effectiveness of zonal tariffs is determined in terms of demand change in peak and off-peak periods in relation to the flat tariff. It is also presented how tariff programmes influence the Polish power system's load.
