摘要：
Business process modelling and simulation can be a way to improve efficiency in any formal business process support system. In this paper we discuss the underlying concepts and possible approaches that combines formal knowledge representation through past experiences stored in Set of Experience Knowledge structure with one of the popular simulation platforms iGrafx 2011.
