摘要
The mechanical behavior of the nano-sized structure is estimated by the bridging method considering the surface effect. As the Kirchhoff plate theory and homogenization theory using asymptotic expansion method is applied, the mechanical stiffness of the structure is substituted to one of 2 D plate. Also, to maximize the characteristic of the nano-sized structure, the very high surface area ratio to volume, the hierarchy is applied to the nano-sized structure and its effect is studied.
