摘要
The characters of petroleum transport are huge in logistics network, vast in material variety, complicated in transport organizing, we are required to research, layout and construct the international and national waterborne petroleum logistics and allotment transport network system according to the idea of, logistics system engineering.This paper analyses the characters and complexities of petroleum logistics system, defines the waterborne petroleum logistics system, and establishes the system dynamics model of waterborne petroleum logistics system in China based on the sufficiently analyzing production mechanism and primary effecting factors, Related statistical data are used to verify the model, the development trend and primary policy factors of the waterborne petroleum logistics system of China are simulated. The result indicates that this model is effective and reliable, and it could be used in analysing and making decisions, for the operation mechanism of Chinese waterborne petroleum logistics system.
