摘要:
The paper considers the feasibility of transferring an existing 6-10 kV urban distribution cable network with Resonant earthed system to a low resistance neutral grounding system. A separate section of a 10 kV network with 50 distribution points and about 400 transformer substations was chosen as a pilot site for the project. For the selected network segment, an analysis and quantitative assessment of the components and an investment feasibility of the study to show potential economic effect of the project was undertaken. The results indicate that the project to transfer the existing city cable network from a resonant earthed system neutral grounding to low-resistance neutral grounding is economically feasible and its implementation will ensure the network infrastructure is more economically efficient, which will in turn result in increased reliability for electricity consumer.
