摘要
This paper presents an enhancement to a prior work on dialogue-based software customization, and investigates the use of visualization to Support the interactive process of requirements elicitation. In particular, a two-layer interface is proposed in the paper to illustrate the status of feature selection and the flow of feature evaluation at the same time. The results of a usability study demonstrate that the addition of visualization significantly improves users' efficiency of software customization.
