摘要：
By using the methods of literature review, investigation, and experiments, this paper focuses on the study of pre-competition anxiety in Rhythmic Gymnasts of Sichuan team. The result shows that pre-competition anxiety exists in rhythmic gymnasts. The cognitive and physical anxiety of athletes has greatly reduced after they had taken some psychological methods of training.
