摘要：
Mechanisms are analyzed that determine the kinetics of approach to the limiting states of deformed nanostructured solids. These states are characterized by the smallest possible average grain size. It is shown that the limiting states correspond to dynamic equilibria between competing processes of fragmentation and deformation-induced growth of nanograins.
