摘要：

BPR based on fundamental, radical, dramatic and process is reviewed and analyzed. After discussing and analyzing SSM based on the four characteristics in BPR. SSM is applied to BPR as the analytical framework. A case of BPR is described in developing and implementing selling system process of Baogang yichang to illustrate the applicability of SSM.
