FTA, the world trend, leads Korean peasants to the unlimited competition era which has to compete with world farmers. Many people say that FTA is Korean agricultural crisis. But we think that it is not a crisis but an opportunity. But to use it as opportunity, there are many things to be prepared necessarily. Even though Korea gets to the global levels on the agricultural products' technologies, it has many problems to overcome to advance into the world markets. It is possible for Korea to export to foreign countries after solving problems, keeping competitive advantage, and passing the international standards. Basically it has the economy of unit selling cost and brand power of the agricultural products. One of their serious problems is distribution structure. Not farmers but distributors make profits because of its structure though peasants cultivate farms. In some agricultural products, 30% - 40% margin of total cost is disappeared at the distribution process.(In a certain times, there is 100% or 200%) This article proposes the direct deal activation for farmers and consumers through farmers' competitive advantage as the method of solving wrong structural problems. Farmers' marketing with Korean strong IT technologies can solve existing structural problems. Then growth with overcoming crises will be replaced the infrastructure which can go agricultural products, agricultural tour, IT technologies. This paper, we present the compiler transformation of OpenMP code to an ordered collection of tasks, and the compile time as well as runtime mapping of the resulting task graph to threads for data reuse. The ordering of tasks is relaxed where possible so that the code may be executed in a more loosely synchronous fashion. Our current implementation uses a runtime system that permits tasks to begin execution as soon as their predecessors have completed. A comparison of the performance of two example programs in their original OpenMP form and in the code form resulting from our translation is encouraging.
