摘要：
This paper makes an analysis of the valuation of venture businesses under uncertainty and, through cases study, gives an account of the procedures and effects of a real options valuation, in the hope of answering the following questions: (1) How to apply a real options analysis (ROA) to the valuation of venture businesses?(2) Where does the value of venture businesses come from?; and (3) How is ROA in comparison with DCF (discounted cash flow)?
