FEATURES OF THE VENTURE FINANCING INNOVATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Despite the steady growth of venture entrepreneurship in the innovation economy, in the Russian practice there are cases where high-tech venture capital firms are not only ineffective and do not show the advanced growth in comparison with traditional business structures, but they are not competitive. The reason for the current situation is seen in the fact that the specifics of functioning and development of venture businesses are not always perceived correctly. Young domestic companies and entrepreneurs (the Russian small and middle business received its impetus for development is relatively recent) are using venture financing to grow your business, but according to opinion polls, only a small proportion of entrepreneurs have an understanding of the venture investing. In addition, among them even less those who own objective and reliable information on venture capital financing mechanisms and effectiveness of the venture business development strategic management.
