摘要
A method for the synthesis of propargylic amines has been developed via an efficient copper(I)-catalyzed three-component coupling reaction of alkynes, benzal halides and amines through C-H and C-halogen activation. This reaction is conducted under mild conditions and provides an alternative method for the synthesis of propargylic amines. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
