摘要
Multiple interference fit represent a common and at the same time high friction-stressed shaft-hub connection. High surface pressures together with thin-walled intermediate parts lead to high stress, showing a strong tendency to plastic deformation. Cylindrical interference fits and their elastic-plastic behaviour when subjected to stress has been already extensively analysed, amongst other from KOLLMANN. Unfortunately, in the case of multiple interference fit, KOLLMANN's equations are not applicable, as both internal and external stress act on the intermediate parts. Based on the work of SZABO a new theory was developed. It permits to calculate both linear elastic-ideal plastic and linear elastic-non linear strain hardening on multiple interference fit. This paper explains the basis of the multiple interference fit and the new calculation method for elastic-plastic-stressed multiple interference fit with strain hardening material, whose validity is supported by a comparison between analytical and numerical calculation.
