摘要：
On the basis of the energy approach proposed earlier for the investigation of crack growth in solid bodies under loads varying as functions of time, we develop a method for the determination of the residual life of thin-walled elements of cracked structures under block loading. The influence of the form and structure of loading blocks on the residual life of a plate is investigated.
