摘要：

By analyzing the competitiveness explosion of global enterprises and the serious situation of information technology security back-up, this article exposes that BPO, as a derived technology of IT, is expanding rapidly under the influence of global economy. Since BPO, ITO is taken as the core technology of enhancing the competition of resource-and-information administration by most corporations, the author provides human-resource-outsourcing MIS, and analyzes its competitive power advantage through several aspects - competitive strength, risk, configuration management of human resource outsourcing and so on.
