摘要
Proceed with the effect of GIS reacting on the SCIP ERS, this paper is focused on what works the GIS could do and how to use the GIS in the SCIP ERS. The emergency response work of SCIP chemical accident could be divided into five stages according to time and processes, and the GIS tools play very important role in every stage. In this paper, the GIS-based function requirement of Emergency Response System of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP ERS) was analyzed systemically according to the five stages.
