摘要：
An optimised all-active Mach-Zehnder wavelength converter is presented. At 10Gbit/s, a conversion penalty of 1 dB is reached at an input signal power of -10dBm. The signal power dynamic range is at least 15dB with on-chip signal preamplifier current control.
