摘要：
The internationalisation offers small and midsize enterprises important business potentials, but it also subjects the firms to risks, whose control is critical mainly for SMEs. The present study reveals the kind of international risks Swiss SMEs are confronted with, the way they analyse and control these risks and how they institutionalise the international risk management within the company.
