摘要
Brand extension is an important means of enterprise marketing. When implementing brand extension, enterprises can effectively utilize the original brands' strength and gain profits with less costs. However, brand extension is not unconditional, and improper extension might put enterprises in danger. Based on the experiences of several failed enterprises, this thesis analyzed the risks existing in brand extension, and give suggestions on how to avoid risks and implement brand extension strategy properly.
