摘要
Nowadays, sustained interruptions are classified within the scope of reliability studies, and momentary interruptions are classified within the scope of power quality studies. From a distribution system analysis perspective, sustained interruptions can be easily modeled. However, momentary interruptions are usually approached by electronic measurement campaigns, and few works have been assessed network performance based on simulation and estimation of momentary interruptions effects. Clearly, there is a lack of methodologies to allow power quality assessment during the planning phase. This paper is proposing a new perspective of distribution system analysis, where component availability through sustained interruptions and short-duration RMS interruptions are mapped during the simulation of the network performance evaluation. The proposed methodology is applied to a UFSC 16 Node Test Feeder considering two different overhead network geometries.
