Reflections on the Employment Status of Female College Students in China

摘要
This paper will study the domestic music professional employment situation of female college students as the research object, the two aspects of common factors from the musicology professional employment and special factors of the professional employment of female college students with a detailed analysis of the six major reasons behind the difficult employment groups: Firstly, the students took the lead to blindness, jack of all trade and master of none, with low comprehensive quality. Secondly, the irrational of the expansion of the University lead to the backwardness of various facilities and teaching management. Thirdly, personnel training mode is old, leading to the imbalance between supply and demand of human resources market. Fourthly, with professional sex ratio imbalance, there is an oversupply of female graduates. Fifthly, are physiological characteristics and psychological quality of the disadvantaged. Sixthly, career orientation expectations are too high, and the choice is narrow. On this basis, the paper puts forward five solutions: Firstly, promote and implement policies and institutions conducive to :the employment of female college students. Secondly, to establish and improve the mechanism of application oriented Undergraduate Education in order to establish and improve the human resources market demand. Thirdly, accelerate the construction of various facilities, improve the teaching management system. Fourthly, combine career guidance and career planning with a professional, and broaden employment channels. Fifthly, enhance the comprehensive quality of the female college students in the music school, and establish the consciousness of the employment and the rights.
