摘要
Characteristics of wide-aperture semiconductor laser with external waveguide grating mirror (WGM) have been studied. It was found that WGM decreases the linewidth of the laser and reduces significantly temperature dependence of lasing wavelength. It was also found that far-field distribution corresponds to single transverse mode.
