摘要
This work presents the development of the Real Time (RT) observability analysis (OA) module for the Distribution Networks (DN) simulator DSSim-RT. Nowadays, Advanced Distribution Automation (ADA) represents a promising approach for the power grid management activity; supporting the evolution of DNs into Smart Grids. On the other hand, to perform the activities covered by ADA like fault location and isolation, feeder reconfiguration, service restoration and Volt-Var control guaranteeing that the indicators of quality of service are going to be significantly affected, it is necessary to implement fast systems to perform the grid analysis and support the control activities mentioned above. For this reason, the OpenDSS based simulator, DSSim-RT is complemented with a RT OA module; this way, it is possible to place meters graphically into the DN and the system will highlight on the screen the observable islands as part of the data analytics process. The results are validated simulating the IEEE 13 nodes system, the IEEE 34 nodes system and the IEEE 123 nodes system to evaluate his observability in RT. All developments where made using LabVIEW (R) ,OpenDSS and NI cRIO.
