摘要：

The environmental crime has become a serious problem for society today. Environmental crime is not only to damage the ecological benefits, but also the safety of social human life and property. With the further deterioration of the environment, our country criminal law also stipulates the environmental crime and punishment. But, so far, the environmental crime crackdown in China is relatively weak. This article from the basic characteristics of environmental crime, the predicament and reconstruction, constitutive elements, criminal policy and criminal legislation as starting points, detailed analysis environmental crime in Chinese criminal law.
